Please fill in all additional information, sign, print and fax all forms to RJG, Inc.

NOTE: With the high volume of inquiries we receive, RJG has a strict policy for securing a seat in any class. RJG must receive all of the completed registration forms, including the Credit Card Authorization form.  Once these forms are received by the RJG training department, a confirmation letter will be sent to you with the location and class scheduling details.

A good understanding of Systematic Molding is necessary for success in Master Molder I. We recommend that you take our Online Assessment Test to determine your skill level for placement.
