Customized In-Plant Training

RJG understands that training requirements vary greatly by job function and that these requirements differ enormously from company to company. Before a training program is implemented, it is critical to evaluate your objectives for the training and to assess the skill level of those you intend to train. Most employers recognize the need for all employees to take ownership of their role in optimizing and maintaining good processes to ultimately keep a plant running lean and efficient. By implementing a training program customized to your companies needs, training is more effective and solves the processing challenges that are unique to your company.

RJG can help you design a comprehensive training program that takes into consideration the experience and knowledge level of your group, as well as the type of processing and materials you use to mold at your facility. Our training ranges from basic injection molding skills to advanced level processing methods. RJG will work closely with your team to provide practical hands approaches to systematically optimizing production processes. Your course options are virtually unlimited!

In-plant training allows you to train a team of individuals, improving communication between team members and encouraging a team approach to problem solving. When your employees are trained at the same time they learn the same terminology and methodologies, providing a more cohesive approach to process improvements.

If you have a group of employees that would benefit from processing training, let RJG help you determine the best course for implementing a training plan at your facility. In-plant training is a very cost effective option for training, with fees typically lower than equivalent training fees when training five or more employees.

Note: We have found that MOST trainees lack a good understanding of the basic math skills necessary for them to do well in RJG training courses. A helpful booklet called Math Skills for Injection Molding was developed by an injection molder familiar with RJG scientific principles. For latest pricing, booklet info and order information, send an e-mail to his company at advproeng@aol.com. Specify response: e-mail w/pdf or fax (supply fax number). If you choose to order the booklets for this training, please make sure they are available in the training room on the first day of class.

Free Assessment Testing

Assessment testing your team provides you with a comprehensive analysis of the knowledge levels within your processing group.  RJG's assessment test is free and it was developed for overall company scoring which incorporates basic, intermediate and advanced level questions. The test takes approximately 10 -15 minutes for each person. All tests results are compiled and distributed to the appointed person at your company.
