Payment & Registration Information
A credit card number and form of payment are required to guarantee your reservation. A check or credit card (Visa, MasterCard or American Express) may be used for payment. Your credit card will be billed 3 weeks prior to the training if payment or a cancellation is not received for a guaranteed reservation.
Once payment is received, a “letter of admission” will be sent and your training seat is secured. Payment must be received at least 3 weeks prior to the training. A person registering 21 days or less prior to a seminar must pay with a credit card or make other payment arrangements with an RJG Training Coordinator.
Cancellation, Transfers
You must obtain a cancellation number from an RJG Training Coordinator to cancel a guaranteed reservation!
Late Cancellations and Transfers
Cancellations or transfers received between 8 and 21 days prior to the training start date will be charged a 50% fee. Cancellations seven (7) calendar days or less prior to the training start date will not be refunded. Transfers seven (7) calendar days or less prior to the training start date are not allowed.
No Shows
If an attendee does not show up for a training event and does not have a cancellation number, there will be no refund or credit given.
Leaving during training
If an individual leaves a training event after it has started, there will be no refunds or credits issued.
Although it is rare, RJG occasionally must cancel or rescheduled
training event. In this event, enrolled participants are entitled
to a full refund or credit to another RJG training. RJG is not responsible
for any incidental expenses (refundable or exchangeable airline
tickets are recommended). RJG will contact each attendee in the
event that a seminar is cancelled.
