      InsightPro Support Removed
      Support for InsightPro and parts counting has been removed except for customers that purchased Insightpro reporting. The Production Overview on Windows computers has been replaced by "System Overview", supplied at no cost from RJG.

      RJG has partnered with Intouch to provide customized counting and production reporting using the eDART System.

      The removed items include the following:


      The Down Time and Scrap Entry tools no longer exist on the Production tab in Architect.

      The Production Monitor and the Production State tools have also been removed from the Production tab in Architect.

      The Insightpro "Data Module" will no longer connect to the eDARTs. Customers that purchased Insightpro reporting will still be supported through the installation of an optional tool. The "Production Overview" (a.k.a. "System Overview") on the eDART has been removed.

    • Important Notes:

      Your current system must be running October 23, 2003 or a later version of software. To confirm this, go to the "Main Menu" of your eDART and select "Software Version". Verify that the date listed is October 23, 2003 or later. If you have an earlier version of software please contact RJG Customer Support at (231) 947-3111 x170 before proceeding.

      If your are using an ePAK with the software installed on a laptop, please contact RJG Customer Support at (231) 947-3111 x170 before proceeding.

  • DARTVision™ Version 5.06

    • Important Notes:

      Dartvision 5.06 must be installed prior to installing the 5.15 update.

      Copy the 5.15 update, Dnetwin.znc and dnetw32.exe files into the Dartvision directroy. Double click the 515updt.exe file to install version 5.15.
