What are we looking for in an employee?
RJG is looking for individuals with characteristics that will enable them to be successful in our workplace environment. These include: exceptional leadership abilities, high initiative, analytical ability, teamwork skills and creativity.
What can job seekers expect in their interview?
We take the approach that past experiences and accomplishments are good predictors of future performance. Our interviews focus on the candidate’s accomplishments, leadership, and actions that they have taken to make an impact.
Applicants that successfully complete the initial interview process may be asked to participate in a group interview. The group interview provides an opportunity for the applicant to interact with employees from many areas of the company and for upper management to meet the applicant and determine if the applicant is a good overall fit.
