He travels extensively to conduct in-plant consultations in the USA and internationally, primarily in the Asia Pacific region.

What some of Pat's students had to say about their training:

"Very professional and organized class - Teaches state of the art processing techniques. A must have course for molders wishing to learn advanced molding."
Bobby Pearson | GW Plastics, Inc.

"The materials presented are excellent and are not commonly in practice, understood, or taught on the production floor. The knowledge gained will be very valuable in improving processes and plant efficiencies."
Michael J. Seay  | Cadillac Engineered Plastics

"The course gives you a very streamlined and highly efficient method to establish a robust process for most tools in your shop. The tool, press, process and material all have to work together to make a good part. If one fails, you make a lot of scrap. Master Molder provides the tools to identify when one of the four goes awry."
Steve Schaffer | Orbis

"This course should be a standard for all molders. RJG is the way to go…we need it to survive in the global economy."
Norman Carrier | Owins-Brockway
